Advieh is an aromatic Persian spice mix that can be used as a multipurpose blend. It is spicy but mild, with rose petals adding a floral note to the warm spices. Use on grilled meats, vegetable dishes, stews, soups and, especially, rice pilafs. Sprinkle on kebabs and add to mince and meatballs. Add to enliven cauliflower rice, oven-baked sweet potato wedges and butternut.
