Usage:
For the Aztecs, cocoa was the gift of the gods. Our rich chocolate base of cocoa (alkalized to take the edge off the natural bitterness) and warm notes of cayenne pepper and ginger to deliver a spicy blend that is deeply satisfying. Divine.
Whisk 2 Tbsp of cocoa per cup of hot milk of choice, heat to just below boiling, and sweeten to taste. Blend with ice for a refreshing milkshake.
