Gymnema sylvestre leaf is known in India as gurmar, the ‘sugar destroyer’. It has been used for centuries as an aid to curb carb cravings. Ceylon cinnamon may help contol blood sugar levels. Carb Control Tea provides a sugar-busting combination in a robust brew.
1 teaspoon per 250ml. Brew for 6-7 minutes.
