Description
Usage: Dukkah is a nut and spice blend, originally from Egypt. Traditionally used as an appetiser mixed olive oil in which to dip crusty bread, dukkah can be used extensively in cooking, sprinkle over roasted vegetables, salads, mushrooms, soft cheese, hummus, soup, yoghurt, eggs and avocado on toast. Use to enliven cooked meat, Poultry, fish and tofu.
Ingredients: Hazelnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Sesame Seeds, White Pepper, Cumin, Atlantic Sea Salt, Sweet Paprika, Fennel Seeds, Black Cumin.
