Usage:
Moringa is rich in antioxidants, including quercetin (a natural anti-inflammatory) and chlorogenic acid (a cholagogue, or agent that helps regulate the flow of bile from your liver). Traditionally used for detoxifying, as a tonic, and to relieve inflammation and headaches.
Add to smoothies, fruit juices and green sauces. Sprinkle on popcorn, mashed potatoes and brown rice. Mix into pea, spinach and broccoli soups. Not recommended during Pregnancy and breast feeding.
