Ras el Hanout is a complex, aromatic blend of spices used in North African cuisine to season tagines, spicy meat and vegetable stews. Translated as “top shelf” in Arabic, this signature blend contains a warm and pungent medley of 21 spices. Use with lamb, chicken, beef, chickpeas and roasted vegetables, or in marinades or rubs.


Usage: To season and add layers of flavour to good food.
