Usage:
Spinach is very low in carbohydrates and contains almost zero sugar. Powdered spinach contains more protein than the raw variety due to its low water content. Slow-dried to ensure the retention of maximum nutrients.
Add to vegatable juices, smoothies, soups and stews.
1-3 teaspoons per serving.
