Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Liquorice Root and Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) are all adaptogens; a class of herbs which helps the body adapt to stress, fight fatigue and provide adrenal support. The calming notes of cinnamon adds a spicy edge to the brew.
In a saucepan, bring 2 tablespoons of herbs and 1 to 2 cups of water to the boil. Simmer for 15 minutes, strain and sweeten to taste.
