Triphala means “three fruits” in Sanskrit. Known for its antioxidant properties, this Indian herb blend is traditionally used to gently cleanse and detoxify the system while nourishing it and supporting the digestive process. It contains five of the six tastes said to play a vital role in our well-being: sweet, sour, bitter, pungent and astringent.
¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
