Usage:
A traditional mixture of red wine and vinegar from sweet Trebbiano grapes and concentrated grape must. The result is a velvety, sweet and tart, superior flavour.
Use in salad dressings, marinades, glazes and reductions. Splash on tomato-based soups and sauces. Drizzle on fruit, especially strawberries.
