FAQ

Absolutely! Organic is an essential part of who we are; it is even in our name. In fact, our products are certified organic. This means we are audited annually by an independent third-party agency to ensure all inputs are organic in accordance with EU regulations. In organic farming, no synthetic fertilisers or pesticides are allowed. The use of irradiation and genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) are prohibited.

*The Himalayan salt is not organic as it is not an agricultural product and therefore falls outside the scope of certification. The same applies to the methylsulfonylmethane or MSM powder. Barring these exceptions, all Good Life Organic products are certified organic.

Good Life Organic is a wholesaler and supplies retail outlets of all descriptions and sizes. We also supply health practitioners and manufacturers of food and health products. To support our loyal stockists, we do not sell directly to the public. If you want to join the growing number of outlets selling genuinely organic products – or to use in your own artisanal creations – simply fill in our online application form and we’ll get back to you.

If you are looking to buy for personal use, please contact us and we will direct you to your nearest stockist or online store.

We do not have a Recommended Retail Price or Retail Selling Price. We leave it to each stockist to determine their own pricing. We believe each business is unique, knows its own market best, and should price accordingly.

No. The cost of transporting the goods is for the customer’s account. We offer a courier service, from an outsourced provider, for the convenience of our clients. This service is provided at cost. Customers are more than welcome to send a courier of their choice to collect the goods. Some clients prefer the cost of transport factored into the prices and this pricelist is available on request.

Yes. Due to our growing network of international suppliers we can source specific items on request. Provided it is an organic ingredient, we can probably find it for you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

“Sale or Return” is not part of our trading terms. Failure to sell the goods is not a valid reason for returning the merchandise. Damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or credited, provided we are notified of any problems within 5 days of delivery.
